Saturday (14/12) a Job Fair was held at the UNY Hall, Wates Campus. This Job Fair event was held for 2 days by Office Administration D3 Students who are members of the JNF Organizer in the Event Organizer Course. This Job Fair was attended by 14 companies with hundreds of available job vacancies (For General & People with Disabilities). The available vacancies are not only placed in the DIY region but are also spread throughout Indonesia.

JNF Organizer collaborates with LPMPP UNY, the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Kulon Progo Regency, the DIY Manpower and Transmigration Office, the Kulon Progo Regency Secondary Education Center and the Ministry of Manpower. The event opened with the beating of a gong by the Head of the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Kulon Progo Regency, Pak Eko Wisnu Wardhana, S.E. accompanied by the ranks of the UNY Wates bureaucracy. This Job Fair event is free of charge for all job seekers and is required to register online via e-bursakerja.kemnaker.go.id. The purpose of using this website is to make it easier for workers to register the vacancies they want and companies to manage a database of job seekers.

In addition to the job fair or job fair, JNF Organizer also invited local singers and showcased the potential of UNY students in the music field to enliven the event which was well received by the local community.
