Saturday (24/7), the Secretarial Study Program / ADP FE UNY held an alumni gathering and cross-generational meeting in the GLA room on the 4th floor of the Wates campus, attended by more than 140 people consisting of Wates campus management officials, FE dean, lecturers majoring in Office Administration Education and laboratory assistant/admin, alumni, active students, and new students. The event began with a Forum Group Discussion (FGD) at 18.00-19.00. This forum was attended by alumni and lecturers to discuss the structure of the alumni association of the Secretary / ADP FE UNY period 2019-2021, with the result that Mr. Hasim Asngari from the 2000th batch was elected as chairman and Sister Zulaekha Ulfie Maria from the 2014 batch was elected as secretary, followed by the reading of the alumni pledge. 

After completing the Forum Group Discussion (FGD) at 19.00, the event continued with a Gala Dinner which was attended by lecturers, invited guests, alumni, active students, and new students of the Secretariat / ADP FE UNY study program. The event was opened by the MC, namely Istiyaning Agesti, a student of the 2017 class of Secretariat / ADP FE UNY study program and Raden Karno of the 2017 UNY FBS English Education study program, then a dance presentation by Endah Sulistyoningrum, a 2017 student of the Secretariat Study Program / ADP FE UNY, followed by remarks from the chairman of the committee. , brother Dimas Angga Rizki Mareta and remarks from the Head of Secretariat Study Program / ADP FE UNY, Mrs. Rosidah M, Si.

A series of Gala Dinner events present an interesting impression because they are nicely packaged with different layouts and table decorations than usual. The table is arranged in a circle with flower decorations on it, complete with neatly arranged tableware. Song performances from Mala alumni of the 2014 secretarial class, musical poetry from Silvy, 2014 secretariat alumni, to modeling from Nura, 2014 secretarial alumni, added to the liveliness of the Gala Dinner. Coupled with the accompaniment of "Staff Only" as the guest star of the event who managed to bring the songs very well and made the event more colorful. "It's a pleasure to be able to attend this alumni and cross-generational gathering, hopefully it can foster a sense of loyalty to the alma mater," said Zola from the 2014 batch.
