Bachelor of Office Administration Education (BOAEd) Curriculum Scheme

Students of the Office Administration Education Study Program (S1) who use the 2020 Merdeka Belajar-Merdeka campus curriculum must take a minimum of 146 credits to complete their education by obtaining a Bachelor of Education (S.Pd.). The credits can be based on the learning pattern provided, namely pattern 1 (5-1-2), pattern 2 (6-1-1) and pattern 3 (6-0-2). Merdeka Belajar curriculum - Merdeka Campus offers options to students to determine the desired learning pattern. Academic advisor lecturers guide the selection of student learning ways in the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka curriculum.

Pattern 1 (5-1-2) means that students choose courses provided in the study program for five semesters. One semester Choose other methods at UNY, and for two semesters, choose paths outside UNY (other universities/DUDI/community). Pattern 2 (6-1-1) means that students choose the courses provided by the study program for as many as six semesters, one semester choosing other courses at UNY and one semester outside UNY (other universities/DUDI/community). Pattern 3 (6-0-2) means that students select courses provided in the study program for as many as six semesters and two semesters outside UNY (other universities/DUDI/community). Students should consult with academic advisor lecturers to select courses in different study programs at UNY and outside UNY.

In the three learning patterns provided, students must choose courses outside UNY (other universities/DUDI/community). This condition means that students can take classes held at other universities or decide to carry out eight activities provided by Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka. The activities are 1) Student Exchange; 2) Internship/Work Practice; 3) teaching assistance in academic units; 4) Research / Research; 5) humanitarian projects; 6) entrepreneurial activities; 7) Independent Studies/ projects, and 8) Building villages / thematic actual work lectures.

The eight activities above are recognised in several courses with a certain SKS weight. Recognition courses (pembelajaran rekognisi) can be in the form of lectures that arrange activities in a thematic and structured or can be a course that combines aspects of soft and hard skills. Therefore, students should consult with academic advisor lecturers in determining the activities to be taken. The course equivalence guide for recognising institutional learning activities is enclosed in this curriculum document. For example, if students choose entrepreneurial activities, then entrepreneurial activities are identified in the following courses: 1) Introduction to Business; 2) business feasibility study; 3) Business Management; 4) Marketing Management
