Teguh and Odilia, students of FE UNY's Office Administration Education excel at the international level.
Bandung, Wednesday (1/8), Teguh Wicaksono and Odilia Herlita Puspa Dewi, 2014 and 2016 ADP students, won the International Competition on Students Competencies in Office Management in the series of events The 1st International Events on Office Management, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand organized by the Indonesian Education University. Teguh won the second place in the English public speaking competition, while Odilia got the first prize in the typing competition. Several universities and educational institutions participating in this competition include the International College of Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep Thailand, Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) Malaysia, Padang State University, UNJ, UI, UPI, UNY, UNNES, UNS, UNESA, UM, LP3I, LPKIA, University of Muhammadiyah Prof. Hamka.
“Praise and thank you, this is the result of all of our work. We are proud to bring the name of the campus at the international level, especially for the Department of Administrative Education, UNY. Hopefully this will be a motivation for all of us to achieve more,” said Odilia. “We are happy and proud to be able to provide an achievement at the international level for the first time for the Department of Administrative Education. Hopefully this event can be held regularly so that it can hone students' soft skills, especially in the office sector. " Firmly added.
the day before the competition opened with an international seminar on "Archieves Management and Archives Teaching and Learning in Higher Education at Schools in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand" with speakers Ade Sobandi from UPI, Puan Nor Kamariah Binti Chik from UiTM and Mr. Nico Irawan from the University of Technology Krungthep Thailand. The competition event closed with an art performance and the announcement of the winners. (Cs)
